STEP 1: Obtain
Temporary Labor Certification
An experienced ExpressH2B immigration attorney will prepare your DOL
application and post it to your online account. ExpressH2B
will notify you by e-mail as soon as the application forms are posted
to your online account for your review
You review the application thoroughly. Print, sign and mail the original
DOL application to ExpressH2B
Your ExpressH2B immigration attorney will thoroughly review your
DOL application, compile all the required documentation, and submit
the application to the State Workforce Agency (SWA) for temporary labor
certification
Immediately after receiving SWA Processing Instructions, ExpressH2B
will help you advertise the job in a local newspaper of general circulation
for 3 consecutive calendar days
You provide ExpressH2B with copies of newspaper pages with the advertisement
(e.g., tear sheets) and the recruitment report. ExpressH2B will thoroughly
review and submit the report to the SWA
SWA will send the application and the recruitment results to the
appropriate National Processing Center (NPC). The NPC Certifying Officer
will grant the temporary labor certification
STEP 2:Finalize
the Worker List
ExpressH2B helps you recruit temporary foreign workers inside or
outside the U.S. in coordination with our agents, or from your roster
of previous workers
STEP 3:File
USCIS Petition
An experienced ExpressH2B immigration attorney will prepare your USCIS
forms and post them to your online account
You print, sign and mail the original USCIS forms to ExpressH2B
Your ExpressH2B account manager will thoroughly review USCIS forms,
compile all the required documentation and submit the petition to USCIS
for approval
