Department of Labor Process

The ExpressH2B team has extensive experience handling tough DOL certification processes.

ExpressH2B takes the following steps to successfully complete your DOL certification:

ExpressH2B immigration attorney prepares and submits your DOL application to the appropriate State Workforce Agency (SWA) for temporary labor certification
Immediately after receiving SWA Processing Instructions, ExpressH2B will help you advertise the job in a local newspaper of general circulation for 3 consecutive calendar days
ExpressH2B submits the recruitment report to SWA
SWA will send the application and the recruitment results to the appropriate National Processing Center (NPC). The NPC Certifying Officer will grant the temporary labor certification

USCIS Petition Filing
